A cutting blade (20) is used by being attached to a packaging container that contains a wrap film which is wound into a roll to cut the wrap film. The cutting blade (20) is equipped with a central part (21) that has multiple tooth tips lined up in a V-shape, with the center of the cutting blade (20) as the apex, in a direction parallel to the central axis of the roll-shaped wrap film, and a terminal part (22) provided on either side of the central part (21). Each terminal part (22) has a line of multiple tooth tips. The line of tooth tips of each terminal part (22) extends at an angle from one corresponding end of the both ends of the line of tooth tips of the central part (21). Each tooth tip of the terminal parts (22) is included in one corresponding tooth of multiple teeth provided on the terminal parts (22). Each tooth tip of the terminal parts (22) fits with respect to the direction parallel to the aforementioned central axis and an intermediate position between the corresponding pair of adjacent tooth bases of the multiple tooth bases, or is biased outward from the intermediate position with respect to the direction parallel to the aforementioned central axis.
