PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an integrated fuel cell separator is provided to form an air channel, a cooling channel and a fuel channel on one separator without manufacturing a separate gasket, or combining the separator. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an integrated fuel cell separator(100) comprises the following steps: forming a cooling channel-forming material(10); forming a graphite composite(20) as a material for the separator; molding the separator; and curing the separator and removing the cooling channel-forming material. The cooling channel-forming material is formed by molding a wax selected from the group consisting of paraffin, microcrystalline, carnauba, PE wax and PP wax. |
