PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer composition and a noise suppressing sheet having flame retardancy as well as effectively suppressing unnecessary electromagnetic waves in a high frequency region. SOLUTION: The polymer composition includes (i) 100 pts.mass of a polymer organic material, (ii) 110-4,900 pts.mass of hexagonal ferrite, (iii) 1-5 pts.mass of at least one kind selected from the group consisting of a fatty acid ester, a fatty acid metal salt, and an organosilicone compound.
