摘要 <p>A method and device for non-contact and fixed fluorescence molecular tomography are disclosed. The said device comprises an excitation light source (1), a light switch (2), multiple light transmission fibers (3), multiple optical lens (4), image transmission fibers (5) and a detector (6). The multiple light transmission fibers (3) and the multiple optical lens (4) are respectively located around the measured object (7). A computer is used to control the light switch (2) such that the excited light from the excitation light source (1) illuminates the measured object (7) through any one of the multiple light transmission fibers (3). The fluorescence emitted by the measured object (7) is imaged at each branched terminal (8) of the image transmission fibers (5) by the multiple optical lens (4) and then is transmitted to the detector (6) located at the light exit of the image transmission fibers (5) by the compound terminal (9) of the image transmission fibers (5). The excited light is in turn switched to the light transmission fibers (3) at the various position by light switch (2),the above-mentioned operations are repeated, so that the 360°full angle fluorescence signal of the measured object(7)'s boundary is achieved.</p>
