PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing packaged bean curb using bean cotyledon is provided to reduce manufacturing costs of the bean curd by making high concentration raw soybean milk by adding a coagulating agent and conjugated enzyme with a high-speed homogenization process. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing packaged bean curb using bean cotyledon comprises the following steps: air showering and drying the sorted soybeans with far-infrared electromagnetic waves; separating the sorted soybeans into testa and cotyledon; dipping the bean cotyledon with ceramic balls in a ceramic water tank; manufacturing high concentration raw soybean milk with a high-speed homogenization process; steaming the high concentration raw soybean milk with far-infrared electromagnetic waves; and adding enzyme and a coagulating agent in the high concentration raw soybean milk; and wrapping the high concentration raw soybean milk.
