PURPOSE: A control method of a variable geometric turbo charger is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by broadening the range of a piece. CONSTITUTION: A control method of a variable geometric turbo charger comprises: a step of transmitting the fuel injection amount and revolution per minute; a step of outputting control duty values of the variable geometric turbo charger per a monitoring section; a step of making a reference map for a monitoring section using the duty values of the variable geometric turbo charger(S301); a step of outputting a first reference boost pressure from the reference map for a monitoring section using the duty values of the variable geometric turbo charger(S303); a step of outputting corrected duty values according to the difference of the actual boost pressure with the first reference boost pressure by comparing the difference of the actual boost pressure to the outputted first reference boost pressure(S305, S311); and a step of outputting final correction duty value by adding all outputted all correction duty values(S317).
