PURPOSE: An exercise-aid device is provided, which enables a user to do exercise of ankle, knee, pelvis, waist, shoulder, and arm repetitively and effectively. CONSTITUTION: An exercise-aid device comprises: a supporting part(110) for doing exercise of ankle, knee, pelvis, waist, shoulder, and arm; a swing pillar(120) which is combined to be swung and moved in the supporting part; a handle part(130) equipped in the upper end of the swing pillar; a momentum display unit(160) counting the swing count and displaying it; and a swing restriction unit restricting the lower part of the swing pillar.
