PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing insulating materials is provided to maximize work efficiency and insulation effect by reinforcing the coherence of the mortar and insulating material. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing insulating materials comprises following steps. A first mortar layer(120) is formed on the surface of an insulating material(110). A mesh layer(130) is formed on the first mortar layer. Grooves are formed between nets of the mesh layer using a grooving device. The mortar is spread and is cured on the mesh layer. A second mortar layer(160) is formed on the first mortar layer and the insulating material.
