<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distillation apparatus at normal atmospheric pressure capable of producing distilled liquor with good flavor and taste by using earthenware in a single type distillation machine. <P>SOLUTION: The distillation apparatus for simultaneously carrying out heating and agitation of moromi (unrefined sake) during distillation is provided by using earthenware having micropores of a baked type without using glaze in a moromi tank section and a passage pipe section of the distillation machine, having a window serving for both a throw-in port for moromi and an observation window, a leak valve, and a pipe for connecting to a boiler on a stainless steel-made hopper section for connecting the earthen tank and the earthen passage pipe, and fixing a steam jetting port to the stainless steel hopper section in the single type distillation machine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
