<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker with high temperature measurement accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating cooker is made provided with a heating means induction-heating a heated object 4, a top plate 2 loading the heated object 4, a temperature measurement means 8 measuring temperature of the heated object 4 in non-contact, and a control part 6 controlling operation of the heating means based on a measurement result of the temperature measurement means 8.
