PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition capable of inexpensively and readily providing a molded article (especially a component for a fuel system) exhibiting excellent fuel-barrier properties even by a single layer, to provide the inexpensive and easily produceable molded article exhibiting the excellent fuel barrier properties, and to provide the component for the fuel system. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) a polyamide resin and (B) a modified ethylene/α-olefin copolymer obtained by modifying an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer having a crystallinity of≥26% with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof. The molded article is obtained by molding the thermoplastic resin composition. The component for the fuel system is obtained by using the thermoplastic resin composition.
