PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow molding method and a blow molding apparatus capable of performing ensured and simplified input-operation of setting conditions because there is troublesomeness of inputting total information data in a conventional blow molding condition setting method. SOLUTION: Molding raw material resin information, time information of one molding cycle, shape and weight information of a product to be molded, blade thickness information of die burr cutting blade, and length information of all burrs cut with the burr cutting blade are input to a molding condition setting device 20 of the blow molding apparatus. Each data of the rotating speed of a feed screw of molten resin in an extruder 1, mold clamping force of a mold clamping device 5, driving force by an driving nozzle 9 of an driving device 4 for blowing air into parison, and the set temperature of a predetermined part of the blow molding apparatus is computed, and blow molding is performed using these computed data.
