PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To charge of secondary battery through a simple configuration even if the secondary battery is used as an operating power supply for each sensor device, and to easily carry out a processing procedure required for controlling the charging. SOLUTION: A plurality of sensor devices 3 are installed in a security monitoring area. Each sensor device 3 is connected to a controller by wireless communication and is with a secondary battery and a solar battery panel 7 for charging. Each solar battery panel 7 is placed on a single imaginary plane so that it is oriented to a predetermined point O. A rotary projector 12 that projects light L from the predetermined point O in the radial direction is provided so as to supply light energy required for their power generation. The rotary projector 12 is stopped at each of multiple stop positions where the solar battery panel 7 is irradiated with the light L only for a required charging time and rotationally driven.
