PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector in which water hardly accumulates between a shield shell and a housing. SOLUTION: The connector 10 for equipment includes a housing 11 which includes an insertion engagement part 41 to be insertion engaged with an installation hole 33 provided penetrating the case 30 of the equipment, a shield shell 70 which is fixed to the case 30 by surrounding the portion exposed to the outside of the case 30 from the insertion engagement part 41 of the housing 11, a shell contact face 51 which is provided in the insertion engagement part 41 and contacts the shield shell 70 in insertion engagement direction of the engagement part 41, and a cut-out face 57 which is provided cutting out the outer edge part of the shell contact face 51 and forms a gap S for passing water between the shield shell 70.
