<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ice island manufacturing equipment capable of transferring ice manufactured at natural temperature in the Arctic Ocean and on the land near the South Pole to the Arctic Ocean and the ocean of the South Pole. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The ice island manufacturing device includes: an ice island manufacturing box 13 provided along a river; an ice island manufacturing floor face 6; jacks 2 provided on one end face of the ice island manufacturing floor face 6; an ice island floor reinforcement material 5; a manufacturing box door 7; and a hose 12. The ice island manufacturing device further includes: an ice island 17 constituted so that water sent out from the hose 12 to inside of the ice island manufacturing box 13 in the environment of zero degree C or lower becomes ice island bottom ice 9 on the ice island manufacturing floor face 6, having a partial freezing box 14 vertically with respect to the face of the ice island bottom ice 9, and constituted so that the ice island bottom ice 9 forming ice and the partial ice box 14 can be integrally made to flow to the sea 8; and an ice island connecting tool 16 provided between the ice islands 17 so that the plurality of ice islands 17 made to flow to the sea 8 can integrally ride on the ocean current and flow to the Arctic Ocean and the ocean of the South Pole.
