<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening member corotation preventing implement applicable to an expansion joint absorbing expansion of a tube body caused by a temperature of a fluid or an outside air temperature. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fastening member corotation preventing implement is used for the expansion joint wherein a diameter enlargement part K is formed on an end of one tube body 1b, an end of the other tube body 1b is inserted into the diameter enlargement part K, an annular space S is formed, a pressing ring 15 is abutted to a seal member 5 inserted in the annular space S, protrusion pieces 2a and 15a are oppositely arranged in the diameter enlargement part K and the pressing ring 15 with the prescribed interval, and the protrusion pieces 2a and 15a are fastened by a bolt B and a nut N so that the protrusion pieces 2a and 15a are approached with each other. The fastening member corotation preventing implement includes an arm 20 abutted to a surface of the protrusion piece 2a of the diameter expansion part K, a lock member 23 formed on one end of the arm 20 and locking across a front side and a rear side of a peripheral end part of the protrusion piece 2a, and a bifurcated engaging part 25 formed on the other end of the arm 20 and fitted to the nut N abutting on the surface of the protrusion piece 2a from a side part.
