<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pie pastry having low water content, preservable over a long time, and causing little cracking in distribution and to provide a pie and a method for producing the pastry. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The pie pastry has a circular form having microscopic holes on a plurality of lines passing near the center of the pie pastry, and distance between the microscopic holes at the center part of the line is larger than the distance of the microscopic holes at a circumferential part.
