PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air conditioner having a simple configuration, which, when introducing outside air, introduces the outside air partially mixed with inside air, without degrading air conditioning efficiency. SOLUTION: The vehicular air conditioner 1A includes a blowing path 2 having an outside air introduction port 3 and an inside air introduction port 4, a blower 6 for sucking in the air into the blowing path 2, an evaporator 7 and a heater core 8 for turning the air sucked in by the blower 6 into desired conditioned air, and blow-out openings 10a, 10b, 10c for supplying the conditioned air into the interior of the vehicle. The vehicular air conditioner 1A has an inside air duct 20 having an inside air suction inlet 21 at one end thereof opening out to an outer surface of an instrument panel 30 and an inside air suction outlet 22 at the other end thereof opening to an upstream side of the blower 6 in the blowing path 2; and an indoor temperature sensor S for sensing a temperature of the inside air sucked into the inside air duct 20. The inside air suction outlet 22 of the inside air duct 20 is arranged at a position which becomes a negative pressure with respect to the outside air introduction port 3.
