<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ready-to-serve frozen cooked rice food held in a vessel and produced by using formed cooked rice as a main material. <P>SOLUTION: The ready-to-serve frozen cooked rice food held in the vessel includes a frozen food held in the vessel and composed of cooked rice containing ingredients and held in the vessel sealed with a lid, wherein the volume of a space formed around the cooked rice containing ingredients is ≤0.2 times the volume of the cooked rice containing ingredients.
