<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrating actuator and the like having a stable characteristic irrespective of a difference of a temperature in a use environment. <P>SOLUTION: The vibrating actuator is provided with a vibrating member 74 generating vibration by displacement of an electromechanical conversion element 64, a relative moving member 60 which relatively moves to the vibrating member by vibration and control parts 18 and 24 outputting a drive signal of a frequency generating heat of the electromechanical conversion element in a state where the relative moving member is stopped to the electromechanical conversion element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
