<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment for setting detailed viewing restriction when playing back a content stored in a storage medium accompanying communication between portable terminal equipment and the electronic equipment. <P>SOLUTION: An information playback device 1 has a Bluetooth(R) module 7 for communicating between a portable terminal 2 and a first SD card slot 8 for removing/attaching a first SD card 3 storing a content. The information playback device 1 sets playback permission with respect to each content.
