PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health guidance support system and a health guidance support program for supporting health guidance by presenting a more favorable health guidance plan while considering a physical feature of a person to be consulted, the person to be consulted himself/herself, and the past guidance record of the other person to be consulted. SOLUTION: The health guidance support system for supporting health guidance in medical examination includes an acquiring means 18 for acquiring a medical result of the person to be consulted, an extracting means 20 for extracting guidance items based on the acquired medical result, a calculating means 22 for calculating an effect of the guidance about the extracted guidance items, a selecting means 17 for selecting the guidance items based on the extracted guidance items and the calculated effect of the guidance, and an outputting means 23 for outputting the selected guidance items.
