摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the light-transforming efficiency in a radiological image detector which detects visible light converted by a wavelength conversion layer and transforms it into image signals representing radiation images. SOLUTION: In the radiological image detector where a detector 31 and the wavelength conversion layer 32 are laid out in order of mention from the side irradiated with the radiation having permeated an object; the wavelength conversion layer 32 is made by piling up a first phosphor layer 32a and a second phosphor layer 32b, both layers 32a and 32b are formed so that the overall average particle size of the phosphors contained in the second phosphor layer 32b can be larger than that of the phosphors contained in the first phosphor layer 32a and the second phosphor layer 32b and the first phosphor layer 32a are laid out in order of mention from the side irradiated with the radiation having permeated the object.
