<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an inkjet head which thins the driving unit of the inkjet head, thereby reduces the driving voltage of the inkjet head, improves the frequency characteristics, manufactures the inkjet head having respectively separated driving units, also reduces a crosstalk, and thereby improves the discharge characteristics of the inkjet head. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the inkjet head includes a step of forming separating grooves for partitioning one face of a piezoelectric element corresponding to the positions of chambers, a step of filling a filler in the separating groove, a step of connecting one face of the piezoelectric element to the one face of the inkjet head in which the chamber is formed, and a step of polishing the other face of the piezoelectric element so as to expose the filler.
