PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polytetrafluoroethylene molded article which is excellent in the compressive creep resistance at high temperatures, and to provide a polytetrafluoroethylene composition to give the same. SOLUTION: These polytetrafluoroethylene composition and molded article of the same, include (A) a polytetrafluoroethylene molding powder having an average particle diameter of 5-65 μm and (B) a carbon black in a mass ratio of component (A) to component (B) [(A)/(B)] of 80/20 to 50/50, and moreover include (C) a polytetrafluoroethylene lubricant having a mass-average molecular weight of 10,000-500,000 and/or a polytetrafluoroethylene fine powder having an average secondary particle diameter of 100-1,000 μm in an amount of 5-50 mass% relative to the sum total of components (A), (B) and (C).
