PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a good-looking, highly durable timepiece dial, a method for manufacturing the timepiece dial, and a timepiece provided with the timepiece dial. SOLUTION: The timepiece dial 1 includes: a substrate 2 and index members 3 consisting of a plastic contained material and having a large number of dispersed scale-like powder 31.
