PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impeller and a fan device inhibiting influence of centrifugal force on a blade, improving characteristics of the impeller, and stably blasting air. SOLUTION: The impeller 1 includes a support part 21, a plurality of moving blades 22 and a connecting member 23. The connecting member 23 is a roughly annular member provided for reinforcement of the moving blade 22 against influence of centrifugal force, is formed in a circumference direction along an optional circle having a canter on a center axis 17, and connects a plurality of moving blades 22. In the plurality of moving blades 22, an intersection point P3 of a leading edge 22a positioned at a frontmost side of a rotation direction 20 of the moving blade 22 and a blade end 22c positioned at a radial direction outer end of the moving blade 22 is positioned at a rotation direction 20 front side of an intersection point P2 of the leading edge 22a and an outside surface 21a of the support part 21.
