PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core structure for a heat sink, for which a heat exchange performance is improved by the improvement of a heat transmission property in the thickness direction of the heat sink and the agitation acceleration of cooling liquid. SOLUTION: Many vertical members 1a and vertical members 2a are provided in parallel in the width direction of a first plate 1 and a second plate 2, and the respective vertical members 1a and vertical members 2a adjacent to each other are integrally formed by oblique members 1b and oblique members 2b. Then, the first plate 1 and the second plate 2 are laminated, the respective vertical members 1a and vertical members 2a are matched and piled up, the oblique members 1b of the first plate 1 and the oblique members 2b of the second plate 2 are separated from each other in a flow direction and the directions are made opposite.
