PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image transmitting device for transmitting image data and enhancing the precision of falsification detection on the receiving side. SOLUTION: A dividing means 1 divides image data of a predetermined unit into a plurality of parts, and concerning data other than a piece of a plurality of divided image data obtained by the dividing means, first MAC value obtaining means 12a to 12c obtain a MAC value of each divided image data, and concerning the piece of the plurality of divided image data obtained by the dividing means, a second MAC value obtaining means 12d obtains the MAC values of the divided image data and data composed of the MAC value obtained by the first MAC value obtaining means.
