PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force transmitting device which is mounted in a system of transmitting driving force from a driving device to easily obtain required starting torque. SOLUTION: The driving force transmitting device includes an input member 12 to be rotationally driven, an output member 13 arranged coaxially with a rotation axial center X of the input member, and a case member 26 for holding the input member 12 and the output member 13 rotatably around the rotation axial center X while keeping both of them at a fixed distance. A moving member 14, at both ends of which a first screw portion 23 to be threaded to the input member 12 and a second screw portion 24 to be threaded to the output member 13 while having a pitch P2 greater than a pitch P1 of the first screw portion 23 in the same screwing direction as the first screw portion 23 are separately provided, is threaded to the input member 12 and the output member 13 and supported thereon.
