PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine cooling system control device capable of supplying an appropriate amount of refrigerant, a turbine cooling system, and a turbine cooling system control method. SOLUTION: This turbine cooling system control device includes a drum pressure obtaining part for obtaining pressure of a first drum to which water is supplied from a water supply pump via a first water supply line as data, and an I valve control part for controlling the opening of an I valve provided to the first water supply line. The first water supply line includes a first portion where a second water supply line is branched, and a second portion positioned further at the downstream side than the first portion where the second water supply line is merged. A heat exchanger for cooling a gas turbine is thermally connected to the second water supply line. The I valve is provided between the first portion and the second portion, and the I valve control part controls opening of the I valve based on pressure of the first drum.
