PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compatibly perform the sound absorption and the air blow in a limited space. SOLUTION: A sound absorbing structure 1 is located in a space formed between an interior material and a pillar with an oscillating body 10 being directed to a cabin side of a vehicle. Ducts 50A, 50B for feeding air from an air-conditioner are connected to a passage forming member 30. Since air passes the duct 50A, the passage forming member 30 and the duct 50B, air can be fed through the ducts while arranging the sound absorbing structure 1 between the interior material and the pillar. Further, in the sound absorbing structure 1, a sound absorbing mechanism of a spring-mass system is formed by the mass component of the oscillating body 10 and the spring component of the air inside an air layer 40 and the passage forming member 30, and a sound absorbing mechanism of a bending system is formed since the oscillating body 10 is subjected to the bending oscillation. When the sound wave reaches the oscillating body 10 from the cabin side, the oscillating body 10 is oscillated, the energy of the sound wave is consumed, and the sound is absorbed.
