<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an azulenesulfonate-containing particle which inhibits the decomposition of the azulenesulfonate, a process for producing the same, and a pharmaceutical preparation including the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The azulenesulfonate-containing particle comprises an azulenesulfonate (A), a sugar alcohol (B), and an antacid particle (C) and is prepared by adding a granulating fluid containing the azulenesulfonate (A) and the sugar alcohol (B) to the antacid particle (C) and subjecting the resulting mixture to wet granulation.
