<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tank lorry capable of preventing the deterioration of heat insulation performance by enhancing the waterproofness of a tank. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the tank lorry 1, a waterproof member 14 is arranged between a heat insulating material 12 and an outer tank 13, the heat insulating material 12 is kept waterproof by the waterproof member 14, and the waterproofness of the tank 10 can be enhanced. A lid member 20 is joined with the outer tank 13 while the tip of a rivet R is inserted in each cavity Hr of annular members 21, 22, and even if water enters the tank 10 along the rivet R, the water can be guided to the cavities Hr of the annular members 21, 22.
