<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a luggage door structure for a vehicle, which can restrain a large stress from being generated in a brazed part at the time of closing a door and does not greatly increase a cost when upper and lower outer panels are connected by brazing in a luggage door having the outer panel divided into two upper and lower parts. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The upper bent part 16A of the outer panel upper part 16 of the luggage door 14 is brazed to the lower bent part 18A of the outer panel lower part 18. In an inner panel 22, a recessed part 38 is formed which is recessed to a rear side of the vehicle. The recessed part 38, the outer panel lower part 18 and a license plate 30 are triply overlapped and fastened together with a license plate fixing bolt 32 to form a closed sectional part 42 in a lower part of the brazed part 36.
