<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide door temporary fixing tool that allows for checking fit condition of a slide door to a vehicle body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The temporary fixing tool 1 for temporarily fixing a slide door SD to a vehicle body BD, having an opening for slide door to be closed with the slide door SD, includes: a vehicle-body mounting body 3 freely mountable to the vehicle body BD; a slide-door mounting body 2 to which the slide door is freely mountable; a first bending arm 11 mounted to the vehicle-body mounting body 3; a second bending arm 12 mounted to the slide-door mounting body 2; a double link mechanism 4 having a pair of links 13, 14 connecting the first bending arm 11 and the second bending arm 12; and a rotating mechanism 5 rotatably connecting the slide-door mounting body 2 with the second bending arm 12, only in a state where the double link mechanism 4 is mostly extended in a fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle body.
