<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an balloon closure for a ball which can minimize an air leakage. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Multiple soft seal shape small rubber chip piece groups 6 to be air leakage and air flowout blocking valves are inserted from a slit 5 in the bottom of the balloon closure to a vacant body 7 having a semi-circular spherical shape, semi-circular columnar shape, or the like in the inner bottom side of a balloon closure body of a valve device. Thus, in supplying air with the use of an air supply/discharge needle, when a small amount of air leakage occurs by the needle passage track of the air supply/discharge needle after the needle passes an air supply/discharge groove, the elastic looseness of the needle passage track of the balloon closure, a shock, or the like, the multiple soft seal shape small rubber chip pieces and small chip piece groups 6 immediately pressure and block the needle passage track and the looseness through the use of air pressure 10 by the air pressure of a hollow body in the spherical body such as the ball, so as to block an air flow passage.
