Disclosed are a thermistor which can be adjusted to a desired resistance value with high precision without damaging a thermistor substrate, and a manufacturing method therefor. The thermistor manufacturing method is characterized by comprising: a step wherein a thermistor thin film (2) is formed on an insulation substrate (1); a step wherein a pair of comb-tooth electrodes (3, 4) having a pattern such that the thermistor has a resistance value higher than the target resistance value are formed facing each other on the thermistor thin film (2); and a step wherein an additional electrode part (5) is formed on the comb-tooth electrodes (3, 4) such that the thermistor has the target resistance value.
