<p>The present invention relates to a fermentation apparatus for livestock excrement, which comprises: an excrement injection unit; a high temperature fermentation unit that uses partitions to compartmentalize a tank storing the excrement injected into the excrement injection unit, and ferments the excrement at a high temperature while circulating the excrement through through-holes of the partitions; a liquefied manure storage unit that stores the runoff liquefied manure that has been fermented in the high temperature fermentation unit; and a gas storage unit that collects and stores methane gas generated during fermentation of the excrement in the high temperature fermentation unit. According to the fermentation apparatus for livestock excrement of the invention, the excrement is circulated and fermented by supplying the excrement of a second chamber to first and third chambers and the excrement of the first and third chambers to the second chamber through an excrement transfer unit. Therefore, the invention can be adopted and used regardless of the size of the fermentation apparatus. Additionally, the invention can: reduce fermentation time by heating the excrement injected into the tank using a heat source from a heat source supply unit before fermenting, and facilitate the maintenance of products because a stirring device is not used. Also, the methane (CH4) generated during fermentation of the excrement which is stored in the gas storage unit can be used in a fermentation apparatus and as an bioenergy source. Thus, the invention can improve economical efficiency compared with other fuels and prevent environmental contamination while suppressing the growth of parasites and weeds because the fermented liquefied manure is a natural fertilizer.</p> |
