PURPOSE: An amplitude modulation vibrator is provided, which enables a user to control exercise amount by installing an amplitude variable member to a step. CONSTITUTION: An amplitude modulation vibrator comprises: an ascending and descending driving member(10); a driven body(20) of which the left and right sides ascend and descend by turns around the central axis(21); a relay member(30) transferring the power of the ascending and descending driving member to the driven body; and an amplitude variable member(40) comprising two levers(41) of which one end is connected to the right and left of the driven body and the other end is connected to the relay member, a support(42) functioning as a point of action against each lever, and a sliding driving unit(43) that slides the support.
