PURPOSE: A high-speed 3D bending machine for a small steel pipe is provided to reduce the manufacturing time by bending a pipe three-dimensionally and manufacturing a coolant line without a separate jig. CONSTITUTION: A high-speed 3D bending machine for a small steel pipe comprises a bending part(30) and a moving part(10). The bending part for bending a pipe in a three-dimensional direction is composed of a bending unit and a rotating unit rotating the bending unit around the pipe. The moving part slides the bending unit along the length of the pipe to the bending point.
