RUBBER COMPOSITION OF TIRE SIDEWALL

PURPOSE: A rubber composition of a tire sidewall is provided to improve the mechanical rigidity and ozone-proof crack property by including an inner wall, and to facilitate the process for manufacturing a gum sheet. CONSTITUTION: A rubber composition of a tire sidewall contains the following: 100 parts of raw rubber including 40~60 parts of crude rubber by weight and 40~60 parts of high-cis butadiene rubber by weight; 50~60 parts of carbon black by weight with the nitrogen adsorption specific area of 70~90 square meters per 100 grams; 1.4~1.8 parts of insoluble sulfur by weight; and 0.7~0.9 parts of sulfenamide promoter by weight. The amount ratio of the insoluble sulfur and the sulfenamide promoter is 1.5:1.
