FIELD: electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: switch consists of two sides fixed by screws, handle installed between them on roll that rotates together with handle, fixing unit comprising bearing, ball with spring and support. Bearing is installed on axis, and axis is fixed in sides. Spring is installed in cavity of handle and affects ball, which rests with its surface against beating and side support, fixing handle position. Between two sides there are fixed contacts installed, and bridge in the form of ""-shaped plate with contacts is installed inside cross beam on a single axis with stem with the possibility of small angle of rotation around axis, providing for self-adjustment in case ""-shaped plate and fixed contacts are not parallel. Cross beam interacts with handle by means of bearing placed onto axis of cross beam, on one side, and on the other side cross beam is affected with spring having stem, trying to close contacts. Spring rests against pad fixed by screws to sides at the end. Ends of bearing axes and stem with bridge in the form of ""-shaped plate protruding from cross beam enter slots of sides and provide for free motion of cross beam under action of handle ledge or spring. ^ EFFECT: reduced dimensions of design and increased switching property of switch. ^ 1 dwg |
