<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an egg processed food having a light texture, simply and in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the egg processed food includes performing, at least two times, a process of mixing whole egg with oil and fat, to give an egg-oil and fat mixture composition, heating the composition in a container, to form a coagulated egg material on the inside of the container, peeling off the coagulated egg material formed on the inside of the container, contacting the remaining egg-oil and fat mixture composition with the inside of the container in which the peeled coagulated egg material floats in the remaining egg-oil and fat mixture composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
