<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide member improving transmissivity of light while holding deterioration of strength to a minimum, and to provide a light source device and a mobile terminal apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The light guide member is arranged on the top surface of a light emitting element to guide a light from the light emitting element, and includes a recessed part for the light emitting element. In the shape of the recessed part, an area of the most thin part between the upper surface of the light guide member and the recessed part is small, and a stress from the surface of the light guide member is distributed.
