<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human OATP-R gene introduced model nonhuman animal expected to be useful for development of a therapeutic agent and analysis of clinical conditions of renal insufficiency and blood-pressure abnormality or analysis of renal excretion of medicines, and to provide screening methods using the model nonhuman animal and for materials having renal function improving action and blood-pressure abnormality improving action. <P>SOLUTION: A transgenic model nonhuman animal introduced with a human OATP-R gene not spliced in vivo, and expressing the human OATP-R in the kidney, is used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
