<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a failure, such as a rupture at a coil connection during heat treatment, and to perform uniform heat treatment regardless of a shape of a heat-treated part. <P>SOLUTION: A high-frequency induction heating coil 1 is molded by electroforming using aluminum as a master. This coil 1 is constituted of a tube-like member 3 molded so as to be along an outer shape of a heat-treated part with arc parts 4, 7, straight bodies 5, and diameter-expanded parts 6 formed thereon. Since these respective parts are integrated by electroforming, the rupture or the like of this tube-like member 3 is unlikely to occur without generating stress concentration in a specific portion even when thermal stress is generated in the tube-like member 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
