<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe fitting which effectively allows a greatly vertically biased swing motion without growing a fitting structure in size. <P>SOLUTION: The pipe fitting includes a first seat body 110 which is fixed to the one pipe 201 and has concave partial spheres 111a and 111b which are expanded in diameter and open to the other pipe 202 side in the upper and lower portions of the connection between both pipes, respectively, an annular second seat body 120 which is fixed to the other pipe 202, contracted in diameter to the one pipe 201 side and has a convex partial sphere 121 provided opposite to the concave partial spheres 111a and 111b, three or more rigid spherical bodies 150 which are retained between the concave partial spheres 111a and 111b and the convex partial sphere 121 and have a diameter equal to each other, a retainer 130 for retaining the rigid spherical bodies 150 above and below the connection between both pipes, an annular sealer 140 for sealing the entire circumference between the one pipe 201 and the second seat body 120, and a bias mechanism 160 for biasing the first and second seat bodies 110 and 120 to be more close to the pipe axis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
