PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autoanalyzer, capable of obtaining an analytic result without causing deterioration in the processing capacity of analysis, while reflecting the viscosity of a specimen. SOLUTION: The autoanalyzer is equipped with a viscosity calculation part 34a for calculating the viscosity of a specimen, corresponding to the pressure detected by a detection means which detects the pressure of the liquid in the pipeline of a specimen dispensing mechanism 12, when the specimen is sucked at a predetermined suction speed, on reference to the relation stored by a viscosity storage part 35b and an absorbance correction part 34c for correcting the absorbance of a reaction solution which is measured, on the basis of the viscosity of the specimen calculated by the viscosity calculating part 34a and the suction speed, when the specimen is sucked, to the absorbance of the reaction solution, when reacting with a reagent when a specimen having a reference viscosity that is a viscosity-enabling dispensation according to a prescribed dispensing amount is dispensed in the same dispensing amount as the sucked specimen.
