<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device in which heat generated in a device body is dissipated efficiently. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The image display device has: an image display device body provided with a heating member heating during driving of an image display device body and a heat transfer member fixed directly to the heating member or through a member having thermal conductivity, in the case; and a hear dissipation member which is contacted with and fixed to the heat transfer member and of which a part is exposed to the outside of the case, and further the image display device has a path forming member which comes in contact with the heat transmitting member and the hear radiating member, to form a heat transfer path other than contact planes of the heat transfer member and the heat dissipation member.
